CRMVC_COMP_REC_PRIOR - Define Urgency and Recommended Priority

In this activity you define the urgency and priority categories.

The Urgency entry gives the person making a complaint the opportunity to express the degree of urgency from their point of view. If an entry is made for Urgency when the complaint is created, a recommended initial priority is determined based on the Customizing settings. The following are the standard settings:

,,Urgency -> ,,Priority

,,Emergency -> ,,Very High

,,Very Urgent -> ,,High

,,Urgent -> ,,Medium

,,Not Urgent -> ,,Low
