In this Customizing activity, you can define the date range as a filter criterion to control the amount of data to be sent from the backend CRM server to the DOE middleware. Applications developed for mobile devices can access this filtered data. This is required because all the data in the CRM server database may not be required by mobile device users.

You can define the date range (number of days in the past and in the future) filter for the following:

  • Service Contract
  • Service Order
  • Service Confirmation
  • Service Assignment
  • Complaints
  • Availability and Absence

Note: If you enter no value or enter zero in bothDays Back andDays Ahead, only inDays Back, or only in Days Ahead, then by default the maximum value of the date range is considered.

To define date range filters, you do the following:

  1. Choose Define Date Filter.
  2. Enter values (in number of days) for Days Back and Days Ahead for the following:
  • Service Contract

  • Service Order

  • Service Confirmation

  • Service Assignment

  • Complaints

  • Availability and Absence

  1. Save your entries.
