In this Customizing activity, you can do the following:
- Define relationship types
- A relationship type represents a connection, association, or involvement between people, objects or locations. In investigative case management (ICM), each relationship type consists of two entities, for example a person and a car. Relationship types have both a description and a reverse description, since each entity's relationship to the other will be unique. For example, a car's relationship to the person who owns it is Is property ofand the person's relationship to the car is Is owner of.
- Assign entity links to relationship types
- An entity link is the link between two entity types. For example, an entity link of the relationship type is property of is Object to Person; the source entity type is Objectand the target entity type is Person.
You have defined security levels in Customizing for Serviceunder Industry-Specific Solutions -> Public Sector -> Investigative Case Management -> General Settings -> Authorizations ->Define Security Levels.
