CRMVC_LOY_OBEVT - Define Events and Assign Receiver Types

In this Customizing activity, you define events for which an outbound correspondence message has to be triggered. You also assign receiver types to the events.

An event is triggered by an activity in the loyalty management application. For example, creation of membership is an activity that triggers the event Standard Membership Creation (STDMSH_CRE).

An event is identified by an event ID and can be assigned to one or more receiver types.

In the Customizing activity Define Receiver Types, you have defined the receiver types.

SAP provides a standard set of events. You can assign receiver types to these events.

You can also create events and assign receiver types to them.
