CRMVC_MCAL_FV_GRP - Define Form View Attributes

In this Customizing activity, you specify attributes to be displayed in the when a user double clicks a marketing project in the calendar, in the WebClient UI.

The values of these attributes are displayed in a form view, and in a format that you can print.

By default, the system displays Description, Type, Status, Planned Start Date,and Planned End Date

As part of standard delivery, SAP provides ID in attribute group FVGRP.

Add Attributes IDs to a Form View Attribute Group ID. If you want to view KPIs, add the required Key Figure IDs to the same Form View Attribute Group ID.

You also have to select the required form view options for the business user role in Customizing activity Define Role Settings.

• To call a BW report and display its result in the form view, maintain a BW report that takes the marketing project ID as an input parameter. In the configuration of view MKTCALENDAR_NEW/MktProjFactSheetBIProxy, maintain the BI report ID as an attribute. The default configuration of this view shows an example.

• To call up different BI reports for different business roles and even UI object types, create new configurations of this view by using the UI configuration tool.
