In this IMG activity, you associate the names of the key figures and profiles that are retrieved from SAP NetWeaver Business Intelligence (SAP NetWeaver BI) for the tiered growth rebates, with the corresponding names of those key figures in Customer Relationship Management (CRM).
The names associated with each key figure in CRM are as follows:
FORECAST_SALES: Forecast revenue
HIST_SALES: Historical revenue
FORECAST_COST: Planned cost of the tiered growth rebate promotion
FORECAST_LIST_PRICE: Planned list price
FORECAST_VOL: Planned volume to be sold
HIST_VOL: Historical volume sold
RATE_VALUE: Rate applied to the tiered growth rebate
TIER_VALUE: Evaluation criterion for the tiered growth rebate
The names associated with each profile in CRM are as follows:
FCAST_PROFILE: Planning profile based on products/product groups for planned values
FCAST_PROFILE_PCAT: Planning profile based on products/product Categories for planned values
- You have defined the relevant key figures and profiles in SAP NetWeaver BI.
- You have defined tiered growth rebate types in the IMG activity Define Tiered Growth Rebate Types.
To associate the names of the SAP NetWeaver BI profiles with their corresponding names in CRM:
- Choose the Profile mapping table.
- Select a profile type.
- Enter the technical name of the profile you want to associate with that profile type.
- Save the Profile mapping table.
To associate the names of the SAP NetWeaver BI key figures with their corresponding names in CRM:
- Choose the TGR KFP mapping table.
- Select the CRM field name you want to associate with a different SAP NetWeaver BI info object.
- In the Info Object column, enter the technical name of the SAP NetWeaver BI info object.
- Save the TGR KFP mapping table.
