In this Customizing activity, you can define which assignment types and associated attributes are visible in the trade promotion version list. You can also define the display order of assignment type attributes.

In the standard delivery system, all of the assignment types are visible:

  • DATERANGE
  • HEADER
  • PRCAT
  • PRD
  • PRSEG
  • STATUS
  • KEYFIGURES
The assignment type KEYFIGURES is used to display SAP NetWeaver Business Warehouse (SAP NetWeaver BW) data that is stored on the planning layout. The attributes assigned are SAP NetWeaver BI key figures.
Note: Key figures that originate from SAP NetWeaver BW are always set to the end of the row, regardless of the position defined in Customizing.

Define an assignment position that reflects the order you want the columns displayed within the version list.

  1. On the first level, you can add assignment types as well as change the display order of the assignment types.
  2. On the second level, you can add attributes within each of the assignment type and change their display order.

You may also deselect the visible indicator to remove the assignment type or any of its attributes from the version list.
