In this Customizing activity, you can customize Account Fact Sheets by maintaining assignment blocks and their fields. You can also define your own custom assignment blocks and custom fields. You can:

• Maintain Assignment Blocks

You can assign a date filter (number of days in the past and in the future) and a Max. Hits filter (maximum number of records) to assignment blocks in order to control the amount of data transferred to the mobile device, but only wherever applicable - for example, for the Contactsassignment block, you cannot assign a date filter and therefore only Max. Hits can be maintained; for the Account Shipping assignment block, you cannot assign either a date filter or Max. Hits.

As an example, to maintain the assignment block Activities, if you enter 40 in Days Back, 10 in Days Ahead, and 10 in Max. Hits,and select the checkbox Active, the mobile device will display a maximum of 10 activities that match the time period of 40 days before and 10 days after the current date.

Note: Only the blocks that are marked Active are downloaded to the mobile device.

• Maintain Fields of Assignment Block

You can maintain the fields for an assignment block from an available list of fields, and only the data of these fields that are maintained here will be sent to the mobile device. Only a maximum of 10 fields are allowed for each assignment block.

• Define Custom Assignment Blocks

You can create your own assignment blocks by entering new block IDs for each assigment block.

Selecting the Detailcheckbox will display a detailed view of the assignment block on the mobile device. For example, if you create an assignment block Shipping, the Detailcheckbox should be selected as this block will display the shipping details. For an assignment block which should be displayed as a list of records, for e.g., Orders, the Detailcheckbox should not be selected.

• Define Custom Fields of Assignment Block

You can create your own fields for an assignment block by giving it a field ID and a field description.
