SAP E-Book

In this Customizing activity, you define date range and organization parameters as filters for data to be sent from the backend CRM server to the middleware (DOE of SAP NetWeaver Mobile), and the client device can access this filtered data. This is required because all the data in the CRM server database may not be required by the mobile device users.

You can define the date range (number of days in the past and in the future) filter for the following:

  • Activities
  • Opportunities
  • Leads
  • Sales Orders
  • Service Orders

Note: If you enter no value or you enter zero in both Days Back and Days Ahead, only in Days Back, or only in Days Ahead, then by default the maximum value of the date range is considered.

You can define organizational filters based on any of the following parameters:

  • Sales Organization
  • Distribution Channel
  • Sales Office
  • Sales Group

Note:

If values for organizational parameters have not been maintained, then data is not filtered based on organizational parameters.
