CRMVC_MOB_TECH - Define Technical Settings

In this activity, you define the following:

• Remote Function Call (RFC) destinations

• The RFC destinations that are active

• Mapping of the mobile data objects to backend BOs

These settings ensure that backend data is correctly mapped when it is downloaded to the middleware.

To define RFC destinations, you do the following:

1. Choose Define Mobile RFC Destinations.
2. Choose New Entries.
3. Select the required RFC destinations.
4. To make an RFC destination active, select the corresponding checkbox.
5. Save your entries.

To map Mobile Data Objects to Backend BOs, you do the following:

1.Choose Map Mobile Data Object to Backend BO.

2. Choose New Entries.

3. Select the required Mobile Data Object.

4. Enter values for the corresponding Backend BO Name.

5. Save your entries.
