CRMVC_NOTIF - Define Notification Profiles

In this Customizing activity, you assign the mail forms to be used for events to trigger notification. In the event of errors, you can also assign an alert category.

You have activated the workflow linkage to trigger event-based notification in the SAP Easy Access Menu, by choosing: Architecture and Technology -> ABAP Workbench -> Development -> SAP Business Workflow -> Definition Tool -> Events -> Event Linkages -> Type Linkages.

• To accept a campaign, you have maintained the event INPROCESSINGATPARTNER.

• To decline a campaign, you have maintained the event DECLINEDBYPARTNER.

The mail form must have an attribute context with context type CCN (Collaborative Campaign Management - Notifications).

Under Notifications based on Events, select the appropriate mail form ID for events INPROCESSINGATPARTNERand DECLINEDBYPARTNER.

Additionally, select the appropriate alert category for the two events.
