CRMVC_SSC_ITYP - Configure Info Types for Additional Information

In this Customizing activity, you can make various settings for additional information in the Account Interaction Center (AIC) Fact Sheet in the Interaction Center (IC) WebClient, as follows:
- Define Additional Information Profile
- Define Info Types
- Assign Info Types to Additional Information Profile and Mapped Logical System
- Assign Info Types to BP Role Category
- Define Additional Information Profile
- The standard additional information profile is SSF_AIC.
- Note: The profile SSF_AIC is assigned as the profile value of the function profile ID of SSC_ADD_INFO in the standard business role IC_AIC_AGENT and SSF_AIC_FS .
- You can maintain business roles in Customizing by choosing Customer Relationship Management -> UI Framework -> Business Roles -> Define Business Roles.
- Define Info Types
- The standard info types are:

- Assign Info Types to BP Role Category
- Role Category BBP000 stands for vendor
- Role Category CRM000 stands for customer
- The standard assignments are:

- Define Additional Information Profile
- Enter a technical name and description.
- Note 1: You can only use technical names starting with X, Y, or Z.
- Note 2:To make your own profile take effect, you should assign it as the profile value of the function profile ID of SSC_ADD_INFO in your working business role.
- You can maintain business roles in Customizing by choosing Customer Relationship Management -> UI Framework -> Business Roles -> Define Business Role.
- Define Info Types
- Enter a technical name for your info type and specify a description.
- Note 1: You can only use the technical names starting with X, Y, or Z.
- Note 2: To make your own defined info type take effect, you should do the following in the backend system:
- Create a corresponding data collector class, which should implement the interface IF_SSC_ADDITION_INFO_COLLECTOR
- Assign your data collector class to your new defined info type in the view V_SSCINFTYPE_DC using transaction SM30.
- Assign Info Types to Additional Information Profile and Mapped Logical System
- Assign Info Types to the default profile SSF_AIC or your own profile and your mapped logical systems.
- Assign Info Types to BP Role Category
- Assign your info types to the BP Role Category
