CRMV_ACT_PDFAFS - Attach Fact Sheet to Activities

In this IMG activity, you define whether the fact sheet should be automatically attached (as a PDF file) to an activity when the activity is saved, or whether it should be attached manually by the user. The user attaches the fact sheet manually by choosing Attach PDF Fact Sheet.

This setting applies for the combination of role, transaction type and language selected by you.

Note that if a fact sheet already exists with an identical combination of role and language for the activity, a warning message is issued that the previous fact sheet will be overwritten by the most recently selected fact sheet.

1. Enter role, transaction type and language. Use input help for valid values.
2. Select appropriate box to define whether you want the fact sheet to be attached automatically to the activity on saving, or whether the user should attach the fact sheet manually.
3. Save your entries.
