CRMV_ADJREQ_PROD - Define Products and Condition Types for Credit Memo Requests

In this IMG activity you define the CRM products that are permitted - depending on the profile of the adjustment request - for the creation and processing of adjustment requests. In this way you can permit or exclude particular CRM products. This enables you to restrict particular CRM products to particular business users.
You have done the following:
- Creation of at least one profile for adjustment requests
- Creation of CRM products
- Customizing of condition types
- Definition of permitted units of measure in which the products are sold
In this IMG activity you can also define which condition type can be used for a particular CRM product, and the default quantity. In addition, you can define in this IMG activity whether the CRM product used is a monetary or non-monetary product (such as free minutes or frequent-traveler miles).
