In this Customizing activity, you define status types to ignore for a trade promotion agreement overlap check. For example, you could define Rejectedas a status to ignore for overlap checks. This would ensure that no trade promotion agreements in the system set to Rejectedwould be included in overlap checks against the current trade promotion agreement.

Defining status types to ignore improves system performance.

You can modify the statuses to ignore for automated overlap checks using the Business Add-In BAdI: Overlap Check for Trade Promotion Agreements.

Select the status to ignore.
