CRMV_BM_VISUAL - Define Themes for Broadcast Messages

You can use this Customizing activity to define a theme for broadcast messages in the interaction center (IC). The settings you make here affect the appearance of broadcast messages that appear on the screens of IC agents. When sending broadcast messages, IC managers can choose any of the broadcast message themes that you have defined here.

You can make the following settings:

• Theme ID

• Theme description

• Font style

• Font color

You can use a standard Hex code, or choose one of the predefined colors. If you are using a Hex code, you must include a number sign (#) in front of the code.

The font color selected here is only displayed when broadcast messages appear in a dialog box on the screen of IC agents. The font color is not displayed when broadcast messages appear in the scroll bar at the bottom of the screen.
