In this activity you define qualification groups for channel partners. Qualification groups are used to structure the qualifications catalog. Qualification groups may contain both qualifications and further qualification groups. You assign each qualification group to a proficiency scale. This proficiency scale is automatically assigned to the qualifications in this group.

Note:

  • Scales are not passed automatically between qualification groups.
  • You can describe the scale proficiencies for each qualification group in more detail by entering user-defined texts for them. The proficiency descriptions of the corresponding scale (if there are any) are proposed as defaults. You can overwrite these defaults as required.

You have customized the following CRM business transactions:

Customer Relationship Management-> Channel Management -> Channel Partner Management -> Channel Partner Qualifications

  • Maintain Scales
  • Maintain Qualifications Catalog
  1. Choose New Entries.
  2. State the required data for the Qual. Grp ID and Assgmt Lvl fields.
  3. Choose the Maint. Option in the Qualifications section.
  4. Save the data.
