In this Customizing activity, you define the level to which the claim resolution table is expanded.

Select each level you would like expanded in the claim resolution table. Levels are expanded in the following order:

  1. Trade Promotion
  2. Expense Type/Trade Spend
  3. Claim Submission/Validated Account
  4. Product Dimension/Funds
  5. Split Result Item
Note: Split Result Item is not available for multiple claim submissions or enhanced rebates. However, it is applicable to other claims scenarios.

This means that if you would like to expand down to the product dimension and fund, for example, you must also define each of the three higher levels.
