CRMV_CLA_EXREFBW - Define Extraction of External References

You use this Customizing activity to identify the external reference number and reference type combinations per datasource that you want to extract to SAP NetWeaver Business Warehouse (SAP NetWeaver BW).

You have made the following Customizing settings:

• Defined external reference types in Define External References.

• Assigned external reference types to an external reference profile in Define Reference Profiles.

• Assigned an external reference profile to a claims transaction type in Assign Reference Profiles to Transaction Type

For the claims datasource, you want to extract the dispute case external reference to the external reference field EXT_REF1.
