CRMV_CLA_REASON - Define Reasons for Changes to Amounts or Reimbursement Rates

In this activity, you can document the reasons for a particular change to a claim item. The reasons are then displayed at claim item level. This is to enable you to keep track of why an amount was changed, for example, if an amount is disputed by the brand manager and they wish to cite their reasons for adjusting the amount.
