In this IMG activity, you specify which item object types and condition types are relevant for Leasing Accounting. This takes place independently of the processing process that is running, and of the item object types of the document item being processed.

You determine the condition types by the condition functions assigned to them. The condition functions in their turn are assigned to the condition function groups defined here.

You have to have created condition function groups in the Process Condition Function Groups IMG activity.

If the system is not able to determine an entry for a processing process, or an item object type for the document item, then the system transfers all conditions of the document item to Leasing Accounting.

The access is generic and takes place in the following sequence:

  1. Process and item object type
  2. Process only
  3. Independent of process and item object type

Independently of this, the system determines the item object types that are relevant for Leasing Accounting.

Access is made using the process. All entries are read, for which no sequential number and no condition function group has been entered. If the system does not find any entries for the process, it transfers all items of the document to Leasing Accounting.

For each relevant combination of processing process and item object type, enter the assigned condition function group(s).

By entering an asterisk (*), you can access all condition function groups.

You can use the sequential number to assign multiple condition function groups.

To determine the item object types, you enter the item type, leaving the

Sequential number and Condition function group fields blank, for each process, for which you want to filter the item types to be transferred.
