In this IMG activity, you can register a new job implementation to the job framework.

You have created a log and sublog object in transaction SLG0. The log object is used to log or monitor a job with application logging. The sublog object is the object that the log messages are assigned to.

1. Enter a job ID.
2. Enter a job class.
3. Enter a key structure name.

The key structure name is the object's unique identifier. This key structure returns object keys in the search for objects.

1. Enter a context header structure name.

The job framework uses application logging (transaction SLG1) to log and monitor jobs. Each log has a context header that jobs can add additional information to. The context header structure may have one or several fields.

1. Enter a context message structure name. Similar to the context header, the context message is on the message level and has the same nomenclature restrictions.

Note: Context header and message structure names must be alphanumeric and the total length of the structure must not exceed 255 characters.
