CRMV_FM_FND_EXP - Define Expense Types

In this Customizing activity, you can define expense types.

Expense types are categorizations of how you spend your money. Examples of expense types can include the costs for the following:

• Displays

• Advertising

• Shelf space

Once you define these expense types, you can assign them to fund types. You should create different expense types for different scenarios. For example, a scenario refers to Trade Promotion Management, Market Development Fund (MDF), or Marketing Campaigns.

Expense types are then displayed on the user interface (UI) in the results list for funds usages.

Do not delete an expense type once it has been used in Customizing for Funds Management or Claims Management.
