In this Customizing activity, you assign the product hierarchy and account hierarchy used for live rates planning.

Note: You can only choose hierarchies from SAP ERP.

You have replicated the product and account hierarchies from SAP ERP to SAP CRM and to SAP NetWeaver BW.

Changing these settings has a serious impact on the live rates planning process. See Basic Settings for Live Rates for more details.

Make the following settings:

  • Choose the product hierarchy and account hierarchy used for live rates planning.
The product hierarchy that you choose does not have to be the same product hierarchy that is used in trade promotion management. However, it must match the product hierarchy in the corresponding funds plans if funds in those funds plan are going to be used for live rates planning.
  • Define the planning levels for the account and product hierarchies in the following Customizing activities:
