CRMV_FWAG_IT_CO - Assign Service Product Item Types to Item Categories

In this Customizing activity, you can assign CRM item categories to service product item types existing in the SAP Transportation Management (SAP TM) system.

Note that in SAP TM, you use the Customizing activity Define FWA and Service Product Item Types under Transportation Management -> Master Data -> Agreements and Service Products to define item types for service products. ,,

When you create a forwarding agreement quotation from a CRM opportunity that contains item categories, the system maps the item categories to the item types in the forwarding agreement quotation based on the settings that you make in this Customizing activity.

In the Customizing activity Assign Forwarding Agreement Quotation Types to Transactions Types you assign Forwarding Agreement Quotation Type RFQ_1 to Transaction Type TR_1. In this Customizing activity you assign Item Category OP_1 to the combination of Forwarding Agreement Quotation Type RFQ_1 and Item Type RFQ_ITEM. When you create a forwarding agreement quotation from an opportunity that has been created from the transaction type TR_1, the system automatically uses the forwarding agreement quotation type RFQ_1 to create the forwarding agreement quotation. Subsequently, it maps the category type OP_1 to Item Type RFQ_ITEM based on the settings you have specified in this Customizing activity.
