In this Customizing activity, you define the filing status of a status profile.

The system automatically sets this status when an attachment or e-mail is being filed to the investigation record.

You have made the required settings for status management in Customizing for Investigative Case Management under Cases and Leads -> Investigation Record -> Basic Settings for Investigation Record.

1. Create a new entry.
2. Choose a Status Profile.
3. Choose a Filing Status and save your entries.
