CRMV_ICM_VALUES - Define Possible Field Values for Descriptions of Persons

In this activity, you specify values for non-numeric attributes. These values can be used to describe the individuals involved in your investigations and are available as possible entries for the fields (attributes) in the assignment block Descriptions of Person.

The default entries provided by SAP can be adjusted to meet your requirements.

1. Select the relevant field name from the check table CRMC_ICM_VALUES, for example, EYE_COLOR.
2. To specify the possible values for the field, choose New Entries and enter a key and description for each value, for example, 01 Blue, 02 Brown, 03 Green, 04 Gray, and so on.

You can create as many language-specific entries as required for any selected attribute. The generic key that you specify for your entry is language-independent and must be unique for the selected attribute.

If you do not want an attribute to be mandatory, you must enter a blank line in the table. This line must not contain a key nor a description.
