CRMV_IM_CAT - Define Categories for URLs

In this Customizing activity, you define categories for the Uniform Resource Locators (URLs) to be used in a personalized mail.

A category can be used as an attribute of an inserted URL when processing mail forms. This feature allows you to generate reports on visits to categories of links as well as to individual links.

1. Choose New Entries.
2. Enter a URL category, for example "Search Engines" or "Automobiles".
3. Enter a description for the category.
4. If you do not want to use a category any more, you can set the category to obsolete. To do this, select Obsolete.
