CRMV_IPM_ID_ATTR - Define Attributes to be Used to Find Intellectual Properties

In this activity, you define which product attributes are available as selection criteria in the rights availability analysis.

Record the respective product attribute and set type to which you have assigned this attribute. If the respective attribute is to be displayed in a hierarchical format in the rights availability analysis, you should also select the Hierar. indicator.

Note

• To incorporate the rights dimensions you defined in the rights availability analysis, proceed as follows:

• Make an entry for the product attributes, which you have recorded as rights dimensions in the Define Rights and Royalties Dimensions activity. The IPM_RIGHTSOWN set type provided by SAP must be specified in the set type field.
  (Example: AttributeCRMT_IPM_MARKET; Set typeIPM_RIGHTSOWN)

• You do not need to define the Alias attribute as an attribute for the Intellectual Properties search. This attribute has already been integrated in the IP product short text selection criterion in the rights availability analysis in the standard system.

You have maintained the product attributes in the SAP Easy Access Menu under: Master Data → Products → Maintain Set Types and Attributes.
