CRMV_IP_INCOMPL - Define Incompleteness Procedure

You can use this activity to determine the kind of checks you want to perform against an incentive program before attaching it to a contract. You can either create a new procedure or alter an existing one.

Incompleteness procedures are executed when you Releasea con tract.

In order to set-up the incompleteness procedure, do the following:

1. Select an incompleteness procedure from the list and double click Maintain Fieldsfor Incompleteness Procedure in the left pane
2. In one of the Object Type fields, choose F4. From the list that appears, choose the object type
3. Then, in the Field Namecolumn choose F4. The list of field names that appears here is based on the object type assigned in the previous step
4. Now with the object type and field name combination defined, that particular check is performed at the time of releasing the incentive program
