In this activity, you maintain the parameters for service orders and service notifications for the technical object types Connection Objector Device:

You maintain the notification code and the planning plant by choosing the following Customizing paths in the system:

SAP Utilities → Work Management → Processing → Notifications → Define Notification Codes

SAP Utilities → Work Management → Processing → Notifications> Allocate Notification Profiles to Notification Codes

SAP Utilities → Work Management → Processing → Notifications→ Define Plant Determination for Notifications

You should create a new notification code for notifications created in SAP S/4HANA for customer management.

You maintain the order code and the planning plant by choosing the following Customizing paths in the system:

SAP Utilities → Work Management → Processing → Orders → Allocate Service Objects to Order Codes

SAP Utilities → Work Management → Processing → Orders → Define Plant and Work Center Determination for Orders

SAP Utilities → Work Management → Processing → Orders → Define Time Slot Profiles

SAP Utilities → Work Management → Processing → Orders → Allocate Time Slot Profiles to Work Centers

You should create a new order for orders created in SAP S/4HANA for customer management.
