CRMV_ISX_CC_COND - Define Price Conditions for Distribution to SAP Convergent Charging

In this Customizing activity, you can define which price condition types need to be distributed to SAP Convergent Charging.

Price conditions, including those in the form of recurring charges, are maintained in the SAP CRM product master. Since the charging process for recurring charges is performed in the SAP Convergent Charging system, these price conditions need to be replicated from SAP CRM to SAP Convergent Charging. To replicate the records to SAP Convergent Charging correctly, the system first generates a price ID.

You have activated the BAdI implementation Determination of Price Key for Recurring Charges of SAP CC(CRM_ISX_CC_PRICE_KEY) using the BAdI for Field Checks, Default Values, Input Help, and so on (/SAPCND/ROLLNAME).

You make these settings in Customizing for Customer Relationship Management under Master Data -> Conditions and Condition Technique -> Condition Technique: Basics -> BAdI for Field Checks, Default Values, Input Help, and so on.

You can choose one or several entries from the list of price condition types.

If you only need to generate a price ID for one price condition type, choose the Generate icon next to the relevant entry in the table.

You can generate the price IDs with or without displaying a list of the price conditions with the corresponding data. If you use the list option, you choose a price condition that does not yet have an ID and choose the Generate pushbutton. If you do not use the list option, the system automatically generates price IDs for all price condition records that do not yet have an ID.

Note: The list of price condition sets also contains entries that already have a price ID. These are displayed for information only and cannot be changed here.

The system displays the newly generated price keys and sets the values in the Object ID field of the corresponding price condition record.
