CRMV_IU_IC_OVW - Assign Tree Profiles to Business Partner Overview

You can use the Assign Tree Profile to Business Partner Overview Customizing activity to define the tree profile that is used for the business partner data environment, service location environment and technical data tab pages. You can also use a tree profile group instead of a simple tree profile. This produces an individual tab page that contains a standard tree profile and a selection of additional tree profiles.
Note the following: If a tree profile value is not entered, the system removes the tab page entry from the Interaction Center user interface.
You access the Customizing settings for tree profiles under Customer Management -> Industry-Specific Solutions -> Utilities Industry -> Settings for User Interfaces -> Settings for Object Workbench -> Define Object Hierarchy and Object Attributes.
You can maintain every business role by defining the following parameters:

| Text | Description of the profile from BOL trees that you are using on the Overview page | |
| Tree profile for business partner data | Profile for the BOL tree used on the Business Data Environment tab page | |
| Tree profile for service location data | Profile for the BOL tree used on the Service Location Environment tab page | |
| Tree profile for technical data | Profile for the BOL tree used on the Technical Data - Environment tab page | |
| Tree profile group for business partner data | Profile group for the BOL tree used on the Business Data Environment tab page | |
| Tree profile group for service location data | Profile group for the BOL tree used on the Service Location Environment tab page | |
| Tree profile group for technical data | Profile group for the BOL tree used on the Technical Data - Environment tab page | |
If you have not defined the profile for a business role, the system uses the standard profile (known as DEFAULT in the standard system).
