In this Customizing activity, you determine the status to set during mass approval of trade promotions. You can set system status or user status.
System status triggers events in the system. For example, the Releasedstatus generates condition records. Some system statuses are delivered with the system, although you can supplement them with your own. User statuses are created at the customer site and grouped into status profiles. User status impacts customer business logic and processes.
Assign a system or user status for mass approval of trade promotions with a particular sales organization, distribution channel, division, and status profile.
