CRMV_MI_GEN_02 - Activate Limited Visibility

If you use codes to document the reasons for investigation, and you do not want these codes to be visible for the agents on research level, you can use this Implementation Guide (IMG) activity to keep these codes from being displayed.

You have the following options:

• If you select Visibility Profiles Active, you limit visibility of these codes. In this case, the agent groups on research level will only be able to see the reason codes that you explicitly make available to them via visibility profiles.

• If you do not select Visibility Profiles Active, the agent groups on research level can see all the reason codes. In this case, you can skip IMG activity Create and Assign Visibility Profiles.
