In the standard system, the workflow allows the automatic execution of business rules to create the first work item for an agent on analysis level.

You can use this Implementation Guide (IMG) activity to ensure that the workflow automatically triggers the Consult Researchers function.This means that the first work item that the system generates is one for the research level. Once this work item is successfully processed on the research level, the system presents the item to an agent on analysis level.

The automatic execution of business rules must have at least one identification code entered for an agent group on research level.

If you want to change the standard workflow so that the first work item that the system creates goes to an agent on research level rather than an agent on analysis level, choose Direct to Research.
