CRMV_MKTISM_PFCT - Maintain Partner Functions

In this IMG activity, you can maintain partner functions for the attributes of each ISM object, such as Fact/Observations and Insights. Each ISM object has the following attributes:
- Owner
- Restricted Access Person: This is a list of persons who have access to the object even if it is marked as restricted.
These two attributes can only be used when a business partner is assigned to each.
You have created and customized the partner functions in partner processing.
Customizing Partner Determination Procedures
You create partner determination procedures for:
- ISM_FAO: Fact/Observations
- ISM_INS: Insights
You must indicate the Permitted Functionsas Only Functions Assigned in Procedurefor each object.
Customizing Partner functions in the Procedure
The partner functions in the procedure must be customized for each attribute of Fact/Observations and Insights. The following details must be entered for Fact/Observations and Insights:
- Owner
- Changeable =The flag must be selected.
- Maximum = 1 (Since only one owner must be assigned)
- Determination Time = Recurring
- Characteristics Grp. = Generally Valid Group
- Restricted Access Person
- Changeable =The flag must be selected.
- Maximum = 99
- Determination Time = Recurring
- Characteristics Grp. = Generally Valid Group(In the case of Insights, it is set to Dependency: Inflenence)
- In this activity, the Dialog Structuredisplays the attributes Owner and Restricted Access Person in a tree structure.
- Specify the partner function in each case.
- Only one partner function is customized for Owner and Restricted Access List. Even if more than one partner function is customized, then only the first in the list will be used.
