In this Customizing activity, you define your business goals. These are offer categories that relate to the purpose of the real-time offer.
When you have assigned the business goals to real-time offers, you can filter the SAP Real-Time Offer Management campaigns according to business goals and other parameters and apply a new priority to all filtered real-time offers or to specifically selected ones.
A business goal or the purpose of your real-time offer could for example be "Revenue Generation" .
