CRMV_OUTBND_RESI - Define Residence Time for Outbound Correspondence

In this Customizing activity, you define the time duration for which an outbound correspondence message should reside in the SAP system before it is sent to the customer.

Residence time is defined to provide you the option of validating the message that is in the message queue before it is sent.

You define the residence time in minutes.

This activity is applicable only for events that are of direct execution mode. When an event is triggered, an outbound correspondence message is generated. This message resides in the SAP system for the defined number of minutes before it is sent to the customer.
