CRMV_PO_ORDER_DB - Define Selection Criteria for Transaction Infolists

In this IMG activity you define selection criteria for transaction infolists.

You have to have defined the transaction infolists in the IMG activity Define Infolists.

Transaction infolists are infolists assigned to one of the infolist classes CL_CRM_PO_PRC_DB, CL_CRM_PO_APP_DB or CL_CRM_PO_ACT_DB. In this IMG activity you define selection criteria for these infolists only.

1. Firstly select the transaction infolist for which you want to define selection criteria.
2. Under 'Define Transaction Types', enter the transaction types that are to be used for selecting the relevant infolist.
3. Under 'Define Partner Functions', enter the partner functions that are to be used for selecting the relevant infolist.
4. Under 'Define Transaction System Status', enter the transaction statuses to be used for selecting for the relevant infolist.
5. Under 'Define Item Categories', enter the item categories to be used for selecting the relevant infolist. These settings are relevant for infolists in the class L_CRM_PO_APP_DB only.

Note: The criteria for different selection attributes are logically linked in an 'and' relationship, which means that when transaction categories and statuses, for example, are defined, only those transactions are selected that belong to a transaction category AND for which a status has been stored. If no entries are made for a selection criterion, this criterion is not used. This means that if no transaction categories have been defined for an infolist, the transaction category is not used as a selection criterion.
