In this Customizing activity, you define how the overall eligibility period and eligibility status of a decision flow are displayed in the WebClient UI. These settings are cross-client and usually apply to all decision flows.

Two display modes are provided:

• Full period display mode (value FULL_PERIOD)

This display mode considers all eligibility periods (eligible and non-eligible) in the decision flow. The start/end date of the decision flow is derived from the start date of the first eligibility period and the end date of the last eligibility period.

The following eligibility statuses are displayed in this mode for a decision flow:

Status	Meaning
Eligible	All periods in the decision flow are eligible.
Eligible with exception	Decision flow contains eligible and non-eligible periods.
Not eligible	All periods in the decision flow are non-eligible.

• Eligible period display mode (value ELIGIBLE_ONLY)

This display mode excludes eligibility periods with the status Non-eligible at the start and at the end of the decision flow. The start/end date of the decision flow is derived from the start date of the first eligible period and the end date of the last eligible period.

If the decision flow does not contain any existing eligible periods, the system defines the start date and end date of the decision flow as the start/end date.

The following eligibility statuses are displayed in this mode for a decision flow:

Status	Meaning
Eligible	There is at least one ongoing eligible period from the start date and the end date.
Eligible with exception	There is at least one non-eligible period between the start date and end date.
Not eligible	There are no eligible periods in the decision flow.

Not eligible

Not eligible

If no value or a wrong value is maintained, the system uses the value FULL_PERIOD as a default.

Not eligible

1. Define the decision flow display mode by assigning one of the available values under Setting Value.
2. Save your entry.
