In this Customizing activity, you define the displayed text for the rating system for knowledge articles. The ratings range from 1 to 5 where 1 is the lowest rating and 5 is the best.

You could, for example, define the values for the ratings as follows:

• 1: Not Helpful at All

• 2: Not Very Helpful

• 3: Helpful

• 4: Very Helpful

• 5: Extremely Helpful
