In this Customizing activity, you configure the default values for the logistical follow-up activity, the Product Received checkbox, and the Refund Control that the system determines when you create a complaint item or return request item.
We recommend that you download the values from SAP ERP to SAP CRM. For more information, see Download of Codes, Values, and Settings from SAP ERP to SAP CRM.
You can also enter these values in SAP CRM. If you want to do this, enter the default values for the logistical follow-up activity, the Product Received checkbox, and refund control for the following:
- A combination of plant and sales office
- A plant
- A sales office
