CRMV_RFCDESTATP3 - Define Middleware Parameters for Availability Information

In this step you specify the Middleware parameters for obtaining availability information using external systems.

Enter the Middleware parameters as follows:

• Key: CRMEXTINF

• Parameter 1: CRMEXTINF

• RFC Destination:

• Control Information: X

X in the Control Information field activates the external ATP system for obtaining availability information.

If you use SAP Remote Function Call (SAP RFC) to communicate with the external system, enter the RFC destination.
