CRMV_RRC_CODES - Configure Default Settings for Refund Codes

In this Customizing activity, you configure default settings for the refund code based on the inspection code and return reason code. With these settings, the system automatically determines the refund code in the complaint item or return request item.

You have defined inspection codes and return reason codes.

We recommend that you download the settings from SAP ERP to SAP CRM. For more information, see Download of Codes, Values, and Settings from SAP ERP to SAP CRM.

You can also enter these values here. If you want to do this, enter refund codes for combinations of inspection codeand return reason code.
