CRMV_SRQM_CONT_INF - Determine Partner Functions for Contact Information

In this activity, you can determine a partner function that you want to use to display contact information directly on a service request transaction.

Example

By editing an incident, the contact information of the reporter is displayed on the screen.

1. Enter the transaction types for which you want to make this function available.
2. For each transaction type, enter one partner function that is to be evaluated to display the contact information.
3. In the UI configuration, add the fields you want to display in the header of the service request. Block IMMEDCONTINFOVN contains the fields available for the contact information.
