CRMV_SRQM_DISP_FIELD - Define Fields for Automatic Dispatching

In this activity, you can define for each business role and each transaction type the fields that shall trigger the automatic dispatching of service transactions. If the service request is created outside of the WebClient UI Framework, for example from Fiori, you should use the standard business role ITSERVICEPRO.

With the dispatching function, you can automatically dispatch a service transaction to another service team.

In the standard, no settings are available.

1. Define the fields for the required combinations of business role and transaction type.
2. Define whether the automatic dispatching shall start after changing a field or after saving the transaction.
