CRMV_SRQM_PRCLOG - Assign Log Types to Transaction Types

You can create a processing log for any business transaction to provide a consolidated audit trail of changes made to the transaction.

In this Customizing activity, you define which processing log type is associated with a transaction type. The processing log type indicates the type of change that is recorded in the log, for example, status changes. Multiple log types can be associated with a transaction type. You can set one type as the default log type so that this type is selected for viewing when you open the Processing Log assignment block.

Note: If you choose Changed Fields as a processing log type, you must also perform Customizing in Define Change History for Processing Log.

Transaction type ITIN (Incident) has the following log types associated with it:

• Executed Actions

• Attachment

• Changed Fields (default)

• Linked E-Mail

• Notes

• Status Changes

This setup indicates that any changes made to the above, relating to an incident transaction, are recorded in the incident's processing log. The Changed Fields processing log results are displayed by default in the Processing Logassignment block.
