CRMV_STATUS_001 - Assign Status and Subject Profile for Each Transaction Type

In this step, you assign the subject profile for the status reasons (outcome of the activity) to each status for each activity type.
In the standard system, each activity type has been assigned three statuses:
- Open
- In processing
- Completed
Subject profile ACT000002 (activity status reason) has been assigned to the standard activity types.
This subject profile is assigned to catalog A2 (status reason) and contains code groups ACT0001 - 5. These code groups correspond to the activity outcome, for example, order has been completed. Behind each code group there is a set of codes which correspond to the reason for the outcome, for example, good price, service or functionality.
- Enter an activity type in the Transaction type field, such as meeting.
- For each activity type, choose a status and assign your subject profile for the status reasons.
- Decide whether a reason for the status is mandatory or optional.
