You can use this IMG Activity to define the rules for determining questionnaires for your complaints. You can define which questionnaire should be proposed in which period of time for a particular transaction type and item category. To refine the determination process, it is also possible to define additional determination criteria and to group these criteria together in criterial sets.

You have defined one or more questionnaires.

1. Choose New Entries.
2. Enter an ID and a description for the determination rule.
3. Choose the transaction type and item category.
4. Enter a validity period for your determination rule.
5. Choose the questionnaires that the determination rule is valid for.
6. Note that the mandatory flag is only evaluated when you save the document, that is, when the document is saved, the system checks whether a survey was found that has a mandatory flag but has not yet been filled in. In this case, an error message is created.
7. Save your entries.
